Cirque Salon Studios

Whitney MacEachern, member since 2018

Cirque Salon Studios helps small businesses thrive by offering subdivided spaces for independent entrepreneurs who need an affordable way to open their doors and provide services to our community. This forward-thinking vision has given many new businesses an opportunity to succeed in Key Largo and in a second facility in Homestead.

Rental rates are reasonable and include shared common areas that allow tenants to cross-engage and promote each other’s services. Shared amenities like ADA restrooms, coffee areas and waiting areas reduce the space each business needs for its core operations, making it even more affordable.

Whitney made this happen while giving back to the community through Chambers of Commerce, BPW and more, offering items and encouraging her tenants to donate to local charity auctions.

Many of the businesses within Cirque Salon Studios are women-owned. Whitney gives them the freedom to operate in a place that is safe, clean and inviting to begin their business ventures. Her spaces are filled with BPW members receiving quality services and care every day.

Most of the local team are women (with only one man), and the bank prioritizes promoting from within, offering training and mentorship programs to staff.

SouthState also delivers the best customer service by keeping decisions local. Whatever a customer needs is handled by the local branches. Its culture is built on empowering local teams to make decisions and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
