Chelsea Wilkerson serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida, serving Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. Since joining Girl Scouts, Ms. Wilkerson has led her council in a business transformation initiative, advancing the Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida as a leading 21st century organization dedicated to building girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
