WELLNESS DEMONSTRATIONS
will take place during the Exhibitor Showcase
(2:45pm-3:30pm)
Stretching with Bernice Dionne 2:50pm-3:05pm 3:10pm-3:25pm REEFSCAPE This 15-minute demonstration will show stretching techniques along with guided methods to help perform and hold a stretch safely and effectively. Stretching practice allows for greater range of motion, improved muscle relaxation, and better alignment. Participants will receive explanations of various stretches, along with illustrations to assist them when stretching on their own. Stretching bands will be available for hands-on participation. | Biofield Tuning with Maggie Mistal 2:50pm-3:05pm 3:10pm-3:25pm DISCOVERY In this 15-minute experiential session, Maggie will introduce the principles behind Biofield Tuning—what it is, how it works, and why it’s effective for releasing energetic tension stored in the body’s field. With a brief visual overview on screen, attendees will gain a clear understanding of how tuning forks can interrupt patterns of stress and help restore coherence. Maggie will then conduct a live demonstration with a volunteer. Both the individual receiving the tuning and those observing will have the opportunity to experience a downshift in energetic load, often felt as relief, grounding, spaciousness, or renewed clarity. This mini-session is designed to illustrate how quickly the system can recalibrate when given precise vibrational support. |
